Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the need to guarantee product integrity, our returns policy is necessarily restricted. Once a product has been received and opened, it cannot be returned unless it is confirmed defective.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Products must be unopened and in original packaging where applicable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. EFT refunds may take longer depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

If you believe a product does not meet the purity or specifications stated in its Certificate of Analysis, please contact us immediately with details. We take quality concerns seriously and will investigate each case thoroughly.

Opened vials, reconstituted products, and items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted for return or refund. Please contact us before returning any item.
